If you make purchases through our Services (e.g., booking consultations or services), you agree to provide accurate payment information. All payments are processed securely by third-party vendors. We do not store your payment details.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
5. SMS and Text Messaging Program
We offer an optional SMS/text messaging program to provide notifications, alerts, and promotional messages about our procedures, offers, and updates. By opting in, you agree to the following terms:
- Program Description: You will receive occasional SMS messages related to your inquiries, appointments, promotions, and updates from RICARDO CASTRELLON MD P.A. Message frequency varies based on your interactions.
- Opt-In: Participation is voluntary. By checking the opt-in box on our contact form or otherwise providing consent, you authorize us to send SMS messages to the mobile number you provide.
- Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by texting “STOP” to (786) 928-0174. After opting out, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. No further messages will be sent unless you rejoin.
- Rejoin: To rejoin after opting out, you may sign up again via our contact form or by texting “JOIN” or “START” to (786) 928-0174.

- Costs and Carriers: Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This program is compatible with most major U.S. carriers, but delivery is not guaranteed.
- Data Privacy: We respect your privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services. 6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RICARDO CASTRELLON MD P.A. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RICARDO CASTRELLON MD P.A., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
